ALLSTATE ACCIDENT CLAIMS

If Allstate is your insurance company, here are a few tips when dealing with their claims department following an accident. You may contact Allstate claims by calling the Allstate claims number.

Tip #1:  Let Allstate know you intend to get checked out by a medical doctor (not solely a chiropractor) if you have not already done so.

You have to see a medical doctor within 14 days of the accident. If you see only a chiropractor and not a medical doctor, Allstate will argue that your PIP limits must be reduced to $2,500 instead of the $10,000 in coverage that you purchased.

Tip #2:  If you feel any pain following an accident, even if it seems minor, make sure you let Allstate Claims know.

When injuries are later reported, Allstate may argue that the injuries are due to some other cause.  It’s common for people involved in car accidents not to feel pain right after due to the adrenaline. Allstate Claims knows this.  Do not allow Allstate to unfairly try to reduce the value of your claim. Report the pain.

Tip #3:  Contact a lawyer that specializes in handling auto, motorcycle, and trucking accidents before contacting The Allstate Claims Number.

Our lawyers deal with Allstate Claims daily.  We understand the traps and pitfalls that Allstate Claims attempt to utilize.  It costs nothing to talk with us about your claim.  If you decide that you would like to retain our law firm, that costs you nothing either.  We get compensated only when we get compensation for you. That compensation is paid by the insurance company.
