Paul R. Fowkes is a founding partner of the firm. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida. His practice is focused on Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation, personal injury, and complex class action litigation. He represents individuals in matters involving inaccurate credit reporting, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fowkes has served as lead counsel in numerous consumer class action cases in both state and federal courts. His experience includes obtaining an $11.5 million nationwide class action settlement against a large corporation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Fowkes is regularly retained by attorneys throughout the Tampa Bay area to serve as an expert witness regarding the reasonableness of attorneys’ fees.
Mr. Fowkes was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2004 (Florida Bar No. 723886). He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
