Founding Partner
Ryan C. Hasanbasic is a founding partner of F&H Law Group, P.A. He represents consumers in Florida state and federal courts, with a primary focus on claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and related consumer-protection laws. He also represents people injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents.
Fair Credit Reporting Act and Consumer Protection
Ryan handles cases involving inaccurate or misleading credit reporting and the failure to reasonably investigate consumer disputes. His FCRA work includes claims involving credit reporting agencies, furnishers of credit information, mixed credit files, identity theft, inaccurate account information, unauthorized credit inquiries, and errors that remain after a consumer submits a dispute.
Ryan also has experience representing consumers in class actions, debt-collection matters, and other disputes involving consumer rights. He served as counsel in Herman v. SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc., a nationwide consumer class action that resulted in an $11.5 million settlement.
Personal Injury
Ryan also represents people injured through the negligence of others, including victims of car accidents, commercial-truck crashes, and motorcycle accidents. His personal-injury work addresses insurance coverage, liability, preservation of evidence, medical damages, lost income, and the long-term effect an injury may have on a client and the client’s family.

Ryan has extensive experience handling contested matters in Florida state and federal courts. His work includes individual consumer cases, class-action litigation, professional-liability matters, contract disputes, and claims involving debt-collection practices.
